Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during sales, holidays, and new launches.

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

✨ FREE standard shipping on orders of $150 or more within the U.S.

Need it sooner? Express shipping options are available at checkout when available for your location.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email or through the Shop app. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Please Check Your Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t locate it, please check around your property and with household members or neighbors first. You may also need to contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.

Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. Please see our Return Policy for complete details.
